MONT SAINT-BAUDILLE

An integral part of the Causse du Larzac (Larzac plateau), this is the high point of a tour of the Department by car. From its peak (848 metres), you can see the southern side of the Causse du Larzac, some of the Cévennes mountains, the Mediterranean coast as far as the Alpilles mountain range and – weather permitting - the Pyrenees. Starting out from La Font-de-Griffe, a short but demanding route takes you up the Pic Saint-Baudille mountain. At its peak, one of the most beautiful panoramic views of Mediterranean Languedoc awaits you.
