The Domaine de la Dourbie gets its name from the little river that runs through the vineyard before it falls into the Hérault. Identity, terroir, authentic are the words that characterize the wines of this domain. A combination of organic cultivation, manual harvesting, small production and traditional wine-making methods that produce authentic wines with unique characteristics. The reorganization and arranging of the gardens adjacent to the bastide are ranked as « Remarkable Gardens ».
